- Advise companies on any aspect of Skills Development.
- Assist the company/employer to develop a comprehensive training/skills development strategy.
- Develop a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) for the company.
- Draft an Annual Training Report (ATR) for the company.
- Submit the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) to the relevant SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority) on behalf of the company.
- Advise on the implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan.
- Liaise between company and SETA.
- Ensure Seta compliance is met.
- Submit the Discretionary Grant application according to the SETA requirements
