  • Advise companies on any aspect of Skills Development.
  • Assist the company/employer to develop a comprehensive training/skills development strategy.
  • Develop a Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) for the company.
  • Draft an Annual Training Report (ATR)  for the company.
  • Submit the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) to the relevant SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority) on behalf of the company.
  • Advise on the implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan.
  • Liaise between company and SETA.
  • Ensure Seta compliance is met.
  • Submit the Discretionary Grant application according to the SETA requirements
